It starts as weather.
Orange Beach, Alabama · 10 April 2021 · 03:20 CDT
A storm descends through cloud layers and breaks through to reveal a rain-dark roof. The JTF Software Solutions mark enters before the scene shifts into a property-review drawing. The sequence does not represent an automatically measured, priced, or filed roof.
By morning
The work starts by turning a storm report into an inspectable property record.
The source storm report stays visible while an operator identifies candidate parcels and builds the measurement, scope, price and job record around one property identity. Each handoff is designed to reference the same geometry instead of asking someone to type it again.
15 published system records describe that work. They remain separate evaluation tracks while the platform design asks each one to reference the same property identity.
The short version
If you would rather be told than read.
One storm report, from the night it arrives through the morning when property review begins. It has sound.
Who built it
A roofing company wrote this, on purpose.
JTF Software Solutions grew out of operating work inside JTF Home Group. That is why the system is organized around supplements, closeout gates and property records instead of generic CRM stages.
It also means we owe you a straight answer to the obvious question. We are a contractor. Final-beta participation is not a geographic exclusivity right, and the commercial offering and its release evidence remain under evaluation. This presentation represents neither a completed sale nor a customer deployment.
Keeping one company’s work isolated from another is a release gate. Before beta data enters the system, we will show where that boundary is enforced, what has been tested and what remains open. That is something you can check, which is the only kind of assurance worth having.
The systems
Separate workflows. One system design.
Each has its own page, and each carries a declared review status — including the one identified as a prototype.
Growth
- Retail EstimatorDesigned to turn an approved address and measurement into reviewable price tiers before follow-up.
- Storm ReportsDesigned to keep address-level storm sources, preliminary reports, and verified records visibly distinct.
- Contractor Website PlatformAn external-configuration candidate for a contractor site, booking path, and quote-widget evaluation.
- Measurement EngineA prototype evaluation of roof-geometry recomputation with source lineage and explicit refusal paths.
- Marketing AutomationDesigned to prepare storm-context campaign briefs while requiring human authorization for spend.
Operations
- Rep AppA final-beta field-work design joining a canvass grid, outcome pin, quote review, and signature gate.
- Document EngineDesigned to prepare job documents while preserving collection, review, and signature boundaries.
- Customer 360A design for one referenced job record from lead through closeout, including insurance-money fields.
- Sales Command CenterDesigned to surface stalled-work evidence and refuse commission calculations with missing costs.
- Production Command CenterA final-beta design for material, dispatch, permit, weather, quality, and closeout review gates.
- Customer PortalDesigned to present reviewed job status and documents to the homeowner from the same referenced record.
- Lead IntakeA design for reconciling authorized forms, calls, missed-call follow-up, and referrals into one intake record.
- SchedulingDesigned to separate sales and install lanes while making weather review an explicit install gate.

Bring one workflow that can prove us wrong.
We are accepting operators for the final beta rounds before production release. The useful test is not a polished tour; it is a real workflow your team already understands well enough to judge.
If the application is a fit, we define the workflow, the evidence of success and the data boundary before the test begins. Feedback from that run goes into the production-release decision.
- Apply
- Name one real workflow and how you judge it today
- Scope
- Agree on the data, boundaries and expected result
- Test
- Run the workflow and preserve the evidence
- Report
- Tell us where it helped, failed or needs work
Applying does not guarantee acceptance. No cohort size or production-release date is being represented on this page.

The fastest way to judge this is to hand us a roof you have already measured and see whether we match. That is also the fastest way to find out where we don’t.
